Guide to the Dissection of the Dog Review
This book was very helpful in first year anatomy. My copy has been highlighted and color penciled to death. As many reviewers have pointed out, this book is tough to read. The book is so condensed, making it highly portable, but not a comprehensive overview of anatomy. Anatomy has its own language, one that is very difficult to just jump into. This language barrier makes reading the text tedious and very tough to orient yourself without instructor help. The book is excellent; however, NOTHING can substitute for excellent instructors and many hours in the laboratory.

haven't used just yet - Emily Burrows - Australia
I have recently just purchased this book and however am unable to rate it as it mostly applies to dissections in the lab. Since it's the end of the semester I'm hoping that next year it will come in handy. I've had class mates comment and say how useful it has been prior in the year so hopefully I have the same success.
Fantastic Diagrams - Anita - Auckland, New Zealand
The addition of colour to this edition makes a HUGE difference. Really clear easy to follow book.
